I recently moved from the suburbs of another state to Philadelphia, and Stas made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Stas is the best! We loved working with him, he was basically on-call, always responded, answered all of our questions as new home buyers, open to our ideas, and knew exactly what we were looking for. Stas stood by as we dragged him all over the city until we found the perfect home for us. His knowledge and expertise made everything so simple, and he was great at cautioning us on particular construction problems like potential pest issues.
