Currently the people I know living there are being treated well, but the management company went from fixing the place up with momentum to dripping off the face of the earth. There are mice and roaches, the stairs are dangerous. The place is worn down. Needs more work
My husband and I moved in 2 years ago and lived very peacefully for about 3 months then I spotted a bedbug.. we informed the landlord and they gave us these heat treatment machines that would not temp hot enough to kill anything and when I told them it wasn’t working they insisted we weren’t using them correctly and that it had worked for the people downstairs. The entire building has been infested with bed bugs for several years & management refuses to do anything about it. The day we were moving in our neighbors warned us that there were bed bugs but said there was ways to keep it under control. They also told us Tina, the property manager wouldn’t do anything about it if we complained. We tried to deal with it ourselves, spending hundreds on pesticides & traps.
