Have nothing but good things to say about Starwood! I tell all my fellow horse owner friends that they need to use them as their vet. Dr. Laiolo in the East Bay is the best: extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and caring. And their admin team, especially Emma, is very helpful and kind.
They’re highly professional and knowledgeable, as well as super organized! Anyone who’s been in the horse game a long time knows how hard it can be to find a vet practice that meets all those qualifications. I’ve been very happy with their care since I moved to the area ~3 years ago.
Have had nothing but amazing experiences with them. Love Dr. McCarthy in particular!
I had recently moved to another boarding facility. Had an emergency and since I wasn’t at the shot clinic at prior facility, they turned me away. They had everything on file except the new facilty. Wow, I almost lost my horse, but you wouldn’t come out for him. Very disappointed. I had not taken your company of veterinarians off as my vets of choice.
