I am a new patient at Star West and have yet to meet the doctor but the support staff there is awesome. Jenny (Front desk and phones) went above and beyond in assisting me do battle with my insurance company. Jenny was actively replying to emails and making phone calls on my behalf ON HER DAY OFF !
