We had a booking for a property near Fenway which we had to leave after the first night. There was a sound machine and ear plugs beside the bed which I think sums up what followed. Unbearable noise which forced us to leave 1 night into our 4 night booking. The shared bathroom was also disgusting and unhygienic. We were asked to pay a $1000 deposit which wasn’t made clear at the time of booking and it took them over 2 weeks to return this after daily follow ups. Worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Avoid completely. We had an absolutely unacceptable experience with Stars of Boston. The property had clear evidence of rodent activity, including droppings, and we heard live squealing/movement during the night. We had to leave early because the accommodation was not fit to stay in. Stars of Boston helped us find an ideal location that was much more than we anticipated. The staff was friendly, responsive and informative. The home they provided was super clean, quiet and modern. On the one occasion when we needed assistance they responded quickly and resolved the issue in no time. We are very happy that we worked with Stars of Boston and will work with them again the next time we travel to Boston and need to find lodging for 7 adults with multiple bathrooms and well-appointed furnishings.

A nightmare! Horrible, mice infestation! We rented a house for a huge amount of money only to realise that has plenty of mice (amongst many other things which were not working). Also not to have our privacy respected, people who do not listen and interrupt continuously and so many other issues on the way. The only good thing is that they accepted to cancel our stay (half way) and get some refund. But the stress, emotional trauma-difficult to forget soon and irreplaceable.
