Today was my first time visiting this store. I called yesterday and set up a 12 noon appointment with Kay. Just before that time, she left a message that she’d be late. I waited for her for more than a half hour (as did several other customers...I was the only African-American among them). She never acknowledged me nor my appointment. Instead, she assisted other customers who she stated later in an interaction with me that “she knew better...” than me. Recently discovered this "gem" of a store online because of the quarantine. I love the instruction videos and the Live sales on Friday night are wonderful! My orders arrive quickly and the quality of the products is supreme!
