I don't know what's going on at this practice but from what I'm reading it doesn't sound good...everyone has stress in their life and no one deserves to be mistreated because the Dr cannot handle their personal problems...especially not children or the elderly...
Sucks! Your establishment should take pride for your patients, are we not the reason you get paid in the first place?!
