Terrible service staff has no idea what they are doing! I had previously called to ask about my concerns and make sure they would be taken care of the lady I spoke to answered my questions and set me up with an appt on the day of the apt I request to leave work early and take my daughter out of school only to find it was a complete waste of my time! Great service, good people, great doctor
They don’t accept walk ins on fridays. This was very upsetting and the receptionist was rude and unfriendly. Little did they know I am a new customer and I am deciding not to go to a business that doesn’t appreciate my business or that advertised walk ins welcome and then rejects my business. Good thing I didn’t get checked because I’ve hear SO MANY BAD things about this place. Go elsewhere!!!

It was my first time to visit this vision center. First, I didn't have a long wait before been seen. They were very efficient in get things done in a timely matter. Second, every one was very nice and patient. I was treat with respect. Lastly, the Dr. took her time and explained everything very well. I had a very pleasant and satisfying experience.
Primeramente me gustaria espresar mi desconformidad por lo sucedido en este lugar, espero y la persona que demostro su forma de ser prepotente e antisocial y muy antiprofesional delante a mi sobrina y mi suegra pueda ser capaz de solucionar sus problemas personales ya sea con la ayuda de su familia o ayuda sicologica.
