Great company. My car did not start due to a dead battery. I have Roadside Assistance through Starr Group and Auto-Owners. I made a call and I was on my way within an hour (my daughter felt between 30-40 minutes) of making the call. Many thanks to Don's Towing in La Crosse for the quick response. And the Representatve who answered the call... If you are on the fence about getting Roadside Assistance, it is added insurance for after-hour needs, or breaking down away from home, well worth it.
