The Starr Group does an amazing job managing and following up on claims. Their staff is experienced and it seems like the same folks are always there, which is great when you have a problem. No one wants to have to call the insurer, but when you do it's nice to know the people and that they are thoughtful and competent.

Whenever I had to file a claim, I simply made a phone call and it couldn't have been easier. I've only needed to do it twice but I liked the way things were taken care of quickly and efficiently. I always feel like I am talking to a friend!
