I ordered two 400W mobi psnls, and so far, they are working as expected; perfect size for my rooftop as I was limited to a roof; the all black design is also a bonus, I will be shopping again.

This company is not family owned but actually owned and operated by a sociopathic sole trader who has no intention of sending you your goods, if he so chooses. Good luck getting what you paid for or a refund!
Have bought a lot of things of this company starPower there are the cheapest in Australia and all good quality and the best people to deal with very quick postage I bought solar panels inverters battery chargers fridge control boxes cable fittings got them on time and I am very happy with what I have bought. And don’t forget the cheapest in Australia.
This company took my order sept 8 but could not send to my location without extra shipping I paid extra shipping only to be told still could not deliver 4 weeks later a refund was promised a further 8 weeks on and 13 e-mails and 4 support tickets still no refund they have now stopped replying to e-mails I do live remote but we are serviced by DHL TNT Toll Fedex Aus Post Startrack and Seaswift and even if their courier can't deliver they should refund in full
Without a doubt, the 100% worst online shopping experience ever. I would thoroughly discourage anyone from using this company. They said the items were shipped on multiple occasions. After they said it was shipped, I called every day for tracking information. There was always some excuse why the tracking information was not available.
