Fraudulent company they have taken my money but the only thing they supplied was false promises and excuses I got my money back through my credit card. Don’t touch these scammers
Don't be fooled by this website it's a 1 man band show no team members & no phone operators . I received an email from this character boasting how he was under investigation by the Police and the Department of Fair Trading and somehow managed to convince them he was legitimately operating an above board business, but I would beg to differ with the endless amount of complaints on reviews sites claiming they had paid for their order in good faith but never received it as I have now experienced . No order sent No order received A young 22 year person that registered this business just 2 years ago at the age of 20 with I'm guessing little or no business experience or knowledge judging by his track record of coarsing customers so much grief with his unorthodox selling practices and lack of customer service with his so called online store. I purchased 3 400W solar panels back on the 15th of January, and so far, all is working well. The maximum output achieved so far per panel is 341W, which isn't too bad considering the size, I am happy with my purchase.
Great service! I ordered the Mobi 200W solar panel for my camper and was impressed with the output once received; delivery was quick, too, considering I live rural.
Stay away from these guys unless you want to be frustrated and upset with their complete lack of customer service skills. Placed an order paid for express shipping and waited .... hearing nothing a week later I contacted them all I got were some vague responses that it will be sent shortly I'd had enough they said it will be sent the next day, I waited 24hr and cont contacted again it hadn't been sent I then said I wanted to cancel order the sales member whose name started with "M" started calling me names. I ordered one of their panels, and it works great. Delivery was a bit slow, but overall satisfied.
Great prices, and great service so far would recommend
Purchased a 140ah agm battery for my dual battery set up last year in july and hasn't let me down yet.
