Believe all the bad reviews. Same story here, received wrong panels sent them back (at my cost), waited for weeks for correct panels which never showed. I cancelled the order they accepted a refund will be issued that never came. They are very crafty how they fill you with confidence of their system. Like issuing ticket numbers & forwarding info onto various departments, gives you the impression that they are a huge business & well organised. No stars. Faulty inverter 4 weeks being lied to over n over still no replacement. Stupid enough to buy another and recoeved a completely inadequate product. Won't answer or return ph calls. Will definitely be reporting them. Liars and scammers buyers beware!!!!
