Order a solar panel back in February 2024 we got tracking, still nothing after countless emails phone calls false promise. We never lost our cool as advices by the department of fair trading. Just took all the lies. We Listen and waited still nothing, on advice we went to our bank……..they got our refund with in a couple of days why did it take this company 4 months, to do nothing at all Would you believe they offer use a discount of any future purchase. Definitely no way .they don’t even deserve a one star review
Scammers.... I ordered Gentrax in March. Never shipped. Asked for refund never given. Then disputed with bank. Then this garbage shop claimed my money back making false claims to VISA to steel my money. Its not over grub!! Making false documents is going to be your undoing Matt. I'll make sure of it.

This company are absolutely scamers they dont callyou back fail to deliver goods promise you refunds and don't deliver. Do not use them. Ripped off 100s of people from hard erned money.
This company and Director Matthew Barry Wilkins are running a scam. all you need to do is a google search on so called shop, and read the hundreds of complaints, and yes he scammed me I should have done the search first.
Fraudulent company they have taken my money but the only thing they supplied was false promises and excuses I got my money back through my credit card. Don’t touch these scammers
Don't be fooled by this website it's a 1 man band show no team members & no phone operators . I received an email from this character boasting how he was under investigation by the Police and the Department of Fair Trading and somehow managed to convince them he was legitimately operating an above board business, but I would beg to differ with the endless amount of complaints on reviews sites claiming they had paid for their order in good faith but never received it as I have now experienced . No order sent No order received A young 22 year person that registered this business just 2 years ago at the age of 20 with I'm guessing little or no business experience or knowledge judging by his track record of coarsing customers so much grief with his unorthodox selling practices and lack of customer service with his so called online store. I purchased 3 400W solar panels back on the 15th of January, and so far, all is working well. The maximum output achieved so far per panel is 341W, which isn't too bad considering the size, I am happy with my purchase.
