The explanation you have on your website for Posterior Hip Tilt is incorrect. It is NOT due to tight hip flexors (thats anterior tilt) it is due to tight hamstrings, glutes and rectus abdominis. It would be great if this could get fixed.

I highly recommend going to see Dr Charlie when you first call his office to schedule your first visit his team is there to help you. At the time of your appointment you are greeted with a smile and taken to the back and provided with warm packs and a massage table to get you ready for your adjustment with Dr Charlie. If your like me, you probably wait until the pain is so bad you can't even move. Don't be like me! Go see Dr. Charlie right away, is not only an expert, he's a miracle worker!
