RecommendedIt was sheer chance of luck that there was a cancellation when I called with acute debilitating dental pain from an old failing filling but by gosh!! the staff got me right in, my CDA, Tonya, was extremely attentive and Dr Herring was quick, precise and friendly. From the bright front desk staff to the protocols for keeping patients safe during covid, it was an excellent experience, even though getting a crown usually isn’t! I love this practice and will always be proud to be a patient here!!! Thank y’all so much!

Hey Dr. Herring ! I just want to tell you that I appreciate you so much for calling and making sure that I was ok ! Honestly, you just don’t understand how that made me feel. I’ve never had a doctor or dentist to ever do anything like that. Not only does that show how good of a dentist you are, but also the type of person that you are! May God continue to bless you so that you may be a blessing to others !
We can’t Thank Starkville Smiles, Dr. Herring and Dr. Woolfolk for taking my call after hours and taking such great care of my son Camryn with somewhat of an emergency procedure. The nurses and staff was beyond helpful with his anxiety and nervousness of Drs. I highly recommend them for all your dental needs.
Called at 8 am with severe pain, walked out of office at 12:30 following a root canal. I was a new patient and they worked me in as quickly as possible. Dr. Herring is wonderful, staff is excellent. I actually look forward to going back....to the dentist!!!
I have to have extensive dental work done and it all started so far with an infection. I've always been ashamed of my teeth, because I didnt take care of them. Let me tell yall, I fight as a hobby and was worried coming in with that too. Dr. Woolfolk put all that worry to rest. I didnt feel judged and he was friendly, personable and efficient. I thought we were just getting started, and he was already done. I hope I spelled his name right, and if you are looking for a dentist office, here it is, why look elsewhere.
Today was my first visit I must say that I was very satisfied with the staff and treatment I’m beyond excited for my next appointment !!
I had an unfortunate accident which required me to get some crowns put on. Doctor Barry and staff were incredibly helpful and professional. They kept my family updated on how the process went and I am very happy with how everything turned out. I would highly recommend Starkville Smiles for any and all dental needs.
