Incompetant service manager. They replaced carberator and fuel lines but didnt run long enough after repair to see if engine still surged. When i picked it up it surged just like when i dropped it off. They said that particulants in side carberater caused from bad part.. if so why did they not clean carberater first and inspect it??..
