very helpful and knowledgable Nothing is free anymore. But professionalism isn't very common. Every time I've used Stark Street, they've solved my chain saw problems and yesterday helped me understand the weed eater I was baffled about. As a landscape contractor for over 25 years I don't have time to waste with un-knowledgable and un-professional shops so I stick with Stark Street. They're the best in town.
Poor Service, Unprofessional, Bad Attitude I brought my lawnmower in for service and then it ran worse than it did before I asked them to repair it. I took it back for them to look at again and they had a really bad attitude about fixing the problem they caused and wanted to charge me an additional $115.00 to fix what they said was "the new problem". I ended up taking it somewhere else for service instead and the other shop made some adjustments, charged me $10.00 and it has worked fine the rest of the season.######I suggest... read more
