The only complaint I have about this clinic is the wait time. On the flip side of that I know that is because she spends quality time with each of her patients. I feel that she genuinely tries to meet every need and address each concern. I would definitely recommend her.

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Does this nurse practitioner use current and safe equipment? Yes Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Rude staff. Extremely unprofessional. The office manager is a flake because she never returns phone calls. The wait time is atrocious! Unless you want meds without a diagnosis, do yourself a favor and run from this place.

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes

Did this nurse practitioner answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless!
