Had a contact on a NEW house, they did the pre-treat, came back and put in bait traps, came back for inspection the next year, then the next and cancelled my contract because we had spray foam insulation under our floor. Not down the 3 blocks in crawl space, just insulation sprayed on the underside of floor. Been in our house 2 years, now I have to get someone else to put in bait traps and won’t have damage contract.
