My great niece had a very bad experience today for her birthday. She's was going to get her ears pierced at Starfire Piercing and an employee named Jamie was hurtful and made very ride comments to LoLa and her Mom. She even asked LoLa if her Mom forced her to come in to get her ears pierced. Heather had to pay up front for a service she never got and got no apology for the humiliation LoLa received. I wouldn't recommend taking a child (LoLa is 10) to this place as they appear to prefer teens and adults. 😬

I have been to Starfire a numerous amount of times and always leave satisfied. All the girls are so sweet and friendly.! They are always willing to help and if they are unsure of anything they make sure before giving any false information. Jamie is very precise and logical, she makes sure the placement is correct and that you’re happy before she gets started. I definitely recommend coming here and seeimg Jamie. she is the best and i will never go to anybody else. been coming here since I was 14 and I am now 27. The staff is amazing as well they are thorough with the after care and choosing of jewelry.
Absolutely recommend Starfire! Jamie does a great job and is very experienced. Will definitely go back again!
