RecommendedGorgeous shop! Friendly and beautiful Tiahna greeted me with excellent customer service. Piercer Jamie was stunning, knowledgeable and explained everything in perfect detail! Walk-in during COVID and wait time was 15-30 minutes. Both staff followed all COVID guidlines during my care. My experience was amazing, very professional services!
I have gotten several piercings at Starfire over the course of about ten years. I respect Jamie's medical expertise in a field with very few legal regulations. The employees mean business-- and in this case, business means beautiful, top-quality jewellery, excellent customer service and a whole lot of personality. I love this studio, and will never get a piercing anywhere else.
the ladies are absolutely amazing. they make you feel like family. happy to see them during quarantine making the best of everything. thank you for making my daughter so freaking happy. I have to say this. this is by far the most welcoming place I've ever been too. ❤❤❤
Very nice employees and very sanitary. However I came in with my MEDICALLY PRESCRIBED service dog and Jamie had a fit and tried to force my husband AND MY MEDICALLY PRESCRIBED SERVICE DOG to go back to the car! 😲 When we finally got her to make a compromise she said she was going to do my piercings then get us out immediately! She even passively-aggressively insulted my condition by saying that "this is our livelihood and we can't put it on the line." First of all, I would like to say that we are doing our best to follow all of the new rules and guidelines passed on to us due to the Coronavirus/Covid-19 pandemic.
