Best experience I've ever had with a piercing studio. Jamie knew exactly what she was doing and what she was talking about, and the ladies at the counter were very informative, but also not pushy with the jewelry. I will definitely come back here the next time I decide I need a new piercing... and I live in Utah. 🙌🏽🏽👍🏼
Excellent experience! Explained the piercing & showed me options for jewelry. Explained the cost. Jamie and the girls were great! Jamie was very professional and explained what she was doing as she went along. Her studio is also very clean.
Super rude! Went in with my family to get a sterile stud for my son's ear. I called ahead of time and explained my situation and the person on the phone said they could definitely help me but when I got there, an extremely rude employee walked away from me mid sentence twice, lectured me the whole time I was there, not that long as I left pretty quickly and her friend who she was talking to before I arrived was openly, physically mocking me the entire time. I loved the whole experience, absolutely awesome!! Jamie was great, loved chatting with her about work and everything else. Love my Industrial so much. Will definitely be back next time I want another piercing. The opals in my Industrial bar are so beautiful!
I adore starfire, I have gotten two piercings done here and they were willing to help me when I had a problem with one of them. I trust them and know that they truly care about their customers and their safety. I recommend them to anyone that wants to get a piercing (first timer or piercing veteran)
