RIP OFF CENTRAL - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Here it is June 2011, we just opened the pool, and again major problems, fibre tech separating from concrete wall of pool in at least 3 places, maybe more cannot tell until pool totally drained. New tiles installed by Stardust in 2010 are falling all or missing, and grout between tiles is powdering/falling away ...meeting with owner again today - believe our only recourse will be lawsuit. Very disatisfied with this company. They totally ruined my concrete swimming pool. Year after ... read more
Would not recommend this pool store. Prices are very high compared to other pool companies in the area. Owner is not easy to deal with. Would not recommend patronizing this store. Not very knowledgeable about their products.
