I experienced terrible customer service during my recent visit. Shmecia was extremely rude and dismissive, interrupting me while I was describing my order details. This behavior made both me and my son feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
The coffee lids pop off all the time! We’ve spilled drink twice buying from here. Tasty but faulty cups.
The rudest manager–employee duo I’ve ever encountered. The manager, Gabriel, left me wondering what I possibly did to deserve such an attitude — both from him and the barista. Rude staff, watched them dilute cold brew with water, put the incorrect milk in other people's beverages, and they couldn't even make a basic latte.
