The rudest manager–employee duo I’ve ever encountered. The manager, Gabriel, left me wondering what I possibly did to deserve such an attitude — both from him and the barista. Rude staff, watched them dilute cold brew with water, put the incorrect milk in other people's beverages, and they couldn't even make a basic latte.
30mins and counting for one americano…
Waited 45 minutes in a line of about 10 people. The (two) baristas were inundated with mobile orders and fixing Karens’ drinks. Long story short, do not stand in line, just order in the app.
