I am already not a fan of Starbucks but in general, they are convenient. This place is consistently, the worst of the worst. The staff is inattentive at best and flat out rude the remainder of the time. I get that you may not like your job but that doesn’t give you permission to take it out on people just trying to get a coffee. Speaking of coffee. Calling Starbucks coffee “not good”, is being kind. ☆☆☆☆ I’m a frequent Starbucks customer and stop at locations several times a week, so this experience was disappointing because it’s not what I’m used to. Today, August 6, around 5:55 PM, I visited the Starbucks at BWI Airport before my flight. The employee assisting customers, Diamond, unfortunately provided one of the least welcoming customer service experiences I’ve had. Terrible experience. Nobody had any sense of urgency. My order was wrong. Total rip off
the workers, one's name was shakia, were very rude and were calling me insults. after i waited 30+ minutes for my drink while everyone after me got theirs i asked and they very rudely responded. after i got my drink i noticed it tasted very poorly, and i have never had something so bad from starbucks. so i politely asked them to remake it and was met with insults and refusal to remake the drink. finally they remade it and i was then met with more rude insults. i do not recommend this location.
