the workers, one's name was shakia, were very rude and were calling me insults. after i waited 30+ minutes for my drink while everyone after me got theirs i asked and they very rudely responded. after i got my drink i noticed it tasted very poorly, and i have never had something so bad from starbucks. so i politely asked them to remake it and was met with insults and refusal to remake the drink. finally they remade it and i was then met with more rude insults. i do not recommend this location.
First I got all the way to my gate before looking in the food package and seeing it was the wrong order, though it had my name on it. Went all the way back to change it. Took a few sips of coffee and realized that was wrong too and had cow milk in it when I have a milk protein allergy. The milk is the most important part of the whole order. Very disappointing experience at the Starbucks inside Baltimore Airport. Employee [[KANIYA (447150)]] was extremely dismissive and barely listened while taking my order. A banana loaf was added by mistake instead of the chocolate loaf I asked for, and when I requested a refund, I was told I had to wait until someone else bought it first. Put the mobile order in and it was ready within three minutes! It was nice to have coffee early in the morning at 4:45
Got coffee and egg bites before an early morning flight. Staff were very friendly, online order came out quickly, and one kind employee gave me oat milk for my coffee. Would recommend for early morning coffee.
