Calm easy going
There is one barista whose behavior has unfortunately made my experiences at this establishment unpleasant. During multiple visits, I have observed consistent negativity, including muttering under her breath and making comments that appear directed toward me. This stems from an incident where my drink was made incorrectly twice and I requested that it be remade. As a paying customer, I do not feel it is appropriate to be subjected to ongoing negative remarks, whispering, or laughter whenever I come in.
Matcha latte is not great
Great ambiance, excellent coffee, and a friendly, supportive staff. A perfect spot to relax, enjoy a cup of coffee with friends, and spend quality time chatting and unwinding.
