The welcome you receive when you walk in is unmatched. Whether you are a new face or a repeat customer, Brian, Jared and the entire team make you feel right at home. Plus, your drink is perfect 99% of the time.
I placed my order and I had to wait 10 minutes because all the online orders were being processed first. Whether this is a franchise or an actual corporate office, the greed of collecting the money first whereas a patron standing inside has to wait longer is terrible. There should be a dedicated person for online orders, and the staff need to tend to physical patrons standing right there for their orders. I will never go back again.
