This has got to be one of the slowest Starbucks ever. Two staff seem to be standing around waiting for customers, and only one person is handling all of the drinks, including app orders. Must remember to not come back here again!!
I love this Starbucks branch a lot because it’s opposite my campus and near my hospital. I used to come from NCH to here for grabbing a cup of coffee. But every time I am honestly disappointed by the coffee that I used to receive. I think I only brought the ice not the coffee from the store. The 4th of the coffee cup is only ice and 1% of the cup just coffee. Every time I mentioned to add less ice but they made it by their own way . Thank you still I love this store.
Always understaffed. Today I waited 5 min at the counter just for someone to be available to take orders before I walked out (on a schedule). They couldn’t handle the available business in store.
I'm not convinced Starbucks employees are ever trained. What is the point of asking for flavoring in my cold brew if all they are going to do it put it in the bottom of the cup and not stir the drink? Why do I always have to mix my own drinks here? Like I'm paying you to do it for a reason?
