Ordered a large frappuccino said yes to the whipped cream. They place the cream in the middle of the drink and when I questioned they said they always do that. But why wouldn’t they do that at my previous visit or any other Starbucks stores have ever done that to my same order drinks. If this was the case I would have ordered a small drink with no cream as this will be cheaper and will have the same amount of drinks.
Ordered a white chocolate mocha. Received a white mocha, no white chocolate sprinkles. Girl , the register is very rude, with no concept of customer service. Greeted with a sour face. Being located inside the hospital, should be getting your customers with a friendly cheerful greeting, because they could be going through some bad news then to put up with this, very unprofessional customer service..
Nothing says hospitality (inside a hospital no less) than mould and dust on all the ports of ventilation.

I am writing to share feedback about my experience at your store around 2 PM on Friday, 10 January. I ordered three coffees, but unfortunately, the barista (a male with glasses, appearing to be of Western ethnicity) who prepared the drinks did not call out my name or my order when they were ready.
