Bit pissed off been coming in here for 7 years and find there's hardly anything G.F. ATleast you could have toasties or muffins,not happy jan
It is very dirty. Mop bucket disgusting on the outside with mop inside water was black.insect automatic spray was sitting on overhead cupboard a 240bin was next to cold room bin looked dirty on the outside.Walls need a good wash.Please do better after all it's in a hospital where are the standards.I will contact the hospital council and the health department regarding the poor cleanliness and hygiene.
The cafe cleanliness was disgusting..and in a hospital! Floors unswept, tables needed cleaning, bin overflowing & shop window smeared & dirty. Coffees were as ordered & enjoyed, donut not fresh. Preferred to beleive food prep areas & coffee machine kept cleaner than the seating areas of cafe.

28/11/25 10.15am The hygiene of the staff is terrible. I wish I had read the other hygiene reviews beforehand. The girl with the blue hair kept playing with her ponytail behind the chiller, I watched her for quite sometime and she was never not playing with her hair. The barista (Asian lady) was sneezing and touching her nose whilst making the drinks without washing her hands. It’s crazy to me that poor hygiene is showed in this location being in a hospital.
