By far the worst Starbucks in Chattanooga! I ordered 6 drinks for the family and 5 of the 6 drinks were noticeably smaller than we usually see at other locations. When I asked the staff why, they said the franchise owner has instructed them to go light on the drinks. Really!?!? The drinks are not cheap and then the owner is trying to squeeze most customers for a few pennies with each every drink is absurd. I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte, but she heard “Chai Latte” and then added Iced matcha to it. When I realized the order was wrong, I pointed it out and showed her what I wanted to order, just in case she hadn’t understood me. Yet, in the end, the order she put through was still the Chai Latte she had originally heard! It was so stupid!!!!!
Got my favorite Cinderella coffee time of the year.
