A Terrible experience ! The staff is not not kind at all. Will not come again . Coffee isn’t good taste
Employees today ( August 3, 2025 ) aren’t focused while doing customer’s drinks and just chitchatting while working. They made my drink wrong 2 times and was just laughing about it instead of making it right. So disappointing. 😠
The newest manager is really just a fabulous human. She is so warm and inviting. Despite having only been in a few times since she took over, she knows my order. She has also organised the store in a much more functional way. Thank you!
