Was nearly late to class after I waited 25 MINUTES for a COOKIE. I genuinely would not have cared if the girl heating up all the food was doing so urgently since it was out of business, but she was moving way too slow for the amount of people that were waiting for orders. Got my order wrong. Told the barista and they don’t seem to care. Complained to Starbucks corporate and “ Roberto G. From Starbucks Customer Care” contacts back with. Cookie cutter response and when you give the details they do not respond back. A terrible experience

Not sure what the deal is with the management here but every time I ask for light ice they never fill the drink even though every other starbucks does, then when you ask for more they treat you very rudely
