this store is ridiculous. I personally opened the store as a manager years ago. and now the training is so sub par its ridiculous. my green tea Frappuccino was way to sweet. the barista called my venti a large instead of venti even though I said venti. he corrected me and told me it was a large. this is my first time here in years. and I won't be going back. not to mention they have to beg for high scores on the customer survey by putting a board outside that says don't forget to give us 7 stars. it is so incredibly tacky an... read more
DO NOT COME HERE EVER!! They will mess up your order. I went to Starbucks and asked for a steamed soy milk with vanilla flavoring kids temperature. First they made me a vanilla COFFEE latte after I specifically at the window corrected her when she said latte, I said WITHOUT COFFEE. She said okay. Their drive through is definitely SLOWER than MOST!!! WTH molasses move faster than this place!!!! And as always they almost ALWAYS NEVER GET THE ORDER RIGHT 🤦🏻♀️
La atención mala , la chica que me atendió estaba perdida , le indicaba mi orden y se le olvidaba me preguntó cómo 6 veces , el capuchino malísimo no vuelvo a ir .
This is a pretty nice place. Attendees are kind and talkative, the tables are always dirty thought.
Frappaccino is always good. A little slower service than normal. Drive thru seems to be a priority at this location.
I would rather drive 10 minutes more than go to this Starbucks. Service is terrible. Manager is nonchalant. Ugh.... I hope they open another one near Miramar Cityhall. I contacted Starbucks and they said they would look into it. Hmph....still waiting on their call back.
