Go to caribou or a different location this one should go out of business
Its about a 3/10 chance of getting the correct order...just ordered a large iced green tea and they gave me a matcha latte and I ordered a large white hot chocolate and once I was already gone and it cooled down to drink shocker it was some sort of coffee drink. Not sure who is in charge of training but they should be fired it should not be that hard to get the correct order especially paying that much.
They always mess your order up and when you bring it up they get very irritated and not polite
Just skipped my morning coffee and found somewhere else to do my work. There's a rude guy who has been playing jarring and repetitive music/videos very loudly in the lobby. He's usually there for hours on end and ruins the otherwise calm atmosphere. Most of the time, he doesn't even buy anything. I'm shocked that the employees/management allow this kind of behavior.
