Jocelyn who works there is VERY rude. I got the wrong order, so I politely said I asked for ice. She snatched it out of my hand and then rolled her eyes at me. When she made the correct order I asked her if there’s an extra shot of espresso in there. She literally sighed loudly and rolled her eyes again. I ordered two Trenta cold brews with no ice and confirmed ahead of time that it was fine to leave an inch from the top in accordance with Starbucks policy. What I received was noticeably more than an inch below the rim — closer to two inches. When I politely asked if they could top it off, I was repeatedly told that this location “follows policy.” I understand policy. I confirmed policy before ordering. Over the last five years every time I come to this location I think to myself, “It can’t be that bad….” But It consistently it. Always terrible service, always messed up coffee. Reading the reviews, it is comical this Starbucks is still open. I ordered a small iced Americano (with no line in store and the easiest drink to make….) and it took so long. Every single time I order a shaken espresso from this location it’s never shaken. Always just thrown together -and believe it or not there is a difference in taste. I don’t expect perfection but when people pay money for what they order they should get exactly that. Update - went back again - still the same and this time my drink had a decent amount missing. Literally garbage Starbucks. Only one guy there is super nice and helpful. He works drive through. They make drinks half ass and it’s just ridiculous
This place has had its ups and downs like any other but recently it's been exceeding expectations... UPDATE: Last few times for my friends and I they have been completely out of order, wrong drinks, my medicine ball tea got made with milk? When I clearly asked for all lemonade no water, there's no milk for a medicine ball to begin with.
