On Google it says that this place closes at eight and I come in at 6:55 and the manager is telling me to hurry up because I have three minutes before they close. First of all this was very rude and as an experienced Starbucks barista, I would never be this rude to a customer even if it’s a minute before I close. Whoever worked there around 5:50pm on Friday August 29th 2025 needs to be educated on customer service and be educated on how to handle her emotions because she seemed a bit unstable, mentally or emotionally. I’m in the drive through. I ordered 2 drinks, forgot to order another. I told the lady working that i wanted to add another drink. Every single time I order a shaken espresso from this location it’s never shaken. Always just thrown together -and believe it or not there is a difference in taste. I don’t expect perfection but when people pay money for what they order they should get exactly that.
