The employees were kind of cold and neglectful of customers who come inside to order. I understand theres pressure to get to everyone in the drive through as soon as possible but when I needed assistance inside its as if I wasnt even there.
i thought starbucks had a standard of hiring peppy quirky happy to the excess people. But not at this one
the girl with curly brown hairs have a really bad attitude i ordered online 2 coffees with the same name but she make one and said you are done when i ask for my 2nd coffees she rolled her eyes and show me attitude and when my friend ask for restroom pin number she again rolled eyes and give him pin number in a bad tone.
I ordered coffee at 11:49 PM and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered two coffees but only received one. When I asked about it, the staff member (curly hair, around 5 feet tall) was extremely rude. When I requested the restroom code, she again showed a bad attitude. To make things worse, my coffee was handed to me without a lid. As a paying customer, I expect to receive my full order and be treated with respect. This experience was unacceptable.
Honestly, if they doesn’t know how to treat customers, why even come to work? She spoiled my mood for the whole day. Starbucks is supposed to be a place to grab a coffee and enjoy the experience — not deal with rudeness and attitude.
