I usually order a grande iced hazelnut oatmilk shaken espresso with an extra pump of hazelnut and light ice — it’s my go-to drink and I’ve never had any issues at other Starbucks locations. This time, the employee at the drive-thru asked if I wanted “extra oatmilk,” which I never said, and then wrote “with room” on my cup for no reason. $14 has become pretty standard for something to eat at a fast food place, something I've come to terms with. What I can't wrap my head around is when your server can see you didn't tip, and becomes rude enough to rip the POS machine away from you and silently shove your food and drink in your car. I'm sorry I don't feel like spending 15 dollars for a warmed up wrap and a coffee that takes a minute to make?
