The first employee took my order just fine. She seemed tired and I imagine it is overwhelming working in the Airport. Starbucks would probably be one of the most stressful shops to work at in the airport. However, the barista- named Marleny- was standing there on her phone while the milk was steaming and even after it was finished. I had to wait for her to put her phone down so she could finish making my tea. I have never seen a barista on their phone anywhere. Drink and food came out quick. I ordered a bacon Gouda sandwich and it was cold. I was not about to walk back since I went to my gate to eat it. D
I mobile ordered a grande iced macchiato and a warmed croissant. The croissant was fine but the macchiato was straight espresso with a little milk at the bottom and one drop of caramel. I’ve had that drink many times at various starbucks and have always loved it but this was bad. I didn’t even finish it.
Great people work here.
Please hire more friendly employees... I will NEVER understand how the employees at this location are far MORE concerned with their personal conversations than preparing orders CORRECTLY per the customers request. Especially when the store is fully stocked on all the essentials to meet the customers needs!? When we politely pointed out, after tasting our drinks, that the two young ladies left out some ingredients, we were met with complete disrespectful attitudes.
