The drive thru line is ALWAYS slammed and never moves quick. 30 minutes min always. Other locations have lines but have a constant flow.
I’m sharing this review to bring light to an ongoing problem that I constantly faced while attending this location. This place is very inconsistent often puts too much ice and they never get their drinks right in comparison to other locations. This has been by far the worst Starbucks I have attended not because of customer service, but because of the products at least the ones I order they are always very sloppy and often rushed ingredients, always vary in the sense of measurements. And I am a daily customer.
I really hate giving negative reviews, but I have to share this information. The store has done a very poor job in Training and monitoring employees. I’m basically a daily customer I buy two brown sugar, shaken espresso with protein co foam Medium on certain days I get a cup full of ice And on other days I get a chocolate milk milkshake I’m saying I’m not even drinking coffee at this point are they even monitoring what’s going on in there? I was sitting here and was about to buy a drink but received a call and the manager came saying I need to buy a drink in order to be here so I left. Mind you I come here very often and almost always buy at least a drink.
