Tonight one of the baristas tossed my croissant on the counter as if I was bothering her on a mobile order that she failed to see before I arrived. I usually let little tantrums like this go due to quick service employees have it rough. However I will highly advise retraining or finding another place of employment as behaviors like this can land a person in a hospital ER. Thankfully Foxtail is across the street and their baristas would never display such behaviors.

I had such a great experience at this Starbucks today, and I especially wanted to recognize Willow. When I was ordering the new S’mores Cold Brew through the drive-thru, I asked if it had milk in it because I’d never had a cold brew before. Willow explained that it doesn’t, and she kindly told me that if I didn’t like it, they could add some milk. When I got to the window and tried it, I realized I did want milk added. I order from Door dash most times, and I normally have a pike with peppermint, and would love extra cream..but its not an option on the door dash menue, it claims its a choice made by the store, the store claims its door dash. Neither of you make it easy for special instructions even if I call the store to ask for extra creamer in my choice of coffee ..Its so uncomfortable, challenging and unprofessional to argue with a customer who is paying good money for extra cream and to be scolded by the manager on a regular basis with... read more
