HUGE STARBUCKS FAN..... today, the place was extremely busy....so I waited patiently for 15 minutes. I had been watching the girl who was in charge of making our spinach wraps.. and also noticed that everyone that walked in was getting their cooked orders before ours and then leaving. I moved over to the right of the cash register and directly behind the girl so as to see what the hold up was. Only car in line as they are opening this morning (6:07am ish) you can tell they are pre occupied with other things and not worried about getting the order correct. My drink and food item were wrong. I asked for a venti iced white mocha with oat milk and an everything bagel with butter. Coffee came with regular milk (she didn’t put in oat milk) and bagel came with cream cheese (she also did not put butter) so instead of putting my order in as I’m saying it she must have been doing other things and put it in after the fact. I get people are busy, but is is too hard to say, "I'll be right with you." Customer service 101, acknowledge the customer. Music too loud.
