Honestly, I'm not surprised by the flurry of bad reviews at this location. As a 20+ years Starbucks customer in the Miami area and former barista, I can only concur with the 1* reviews. I ordered on the app from the Secret Menu this morning, and after a 10' wait in the drive thru line, my order was missing half the "extra" ingredients.
