I come here at least once to twice a week. There is an older woman who works the drive thru in the mornings. She will make sure to reprimand you if you do not CLICK drive thru, and then tell you how many steps are added for her to grab it at the pick up counter. As a customer I would rather drive farther out of my way than to start my mornings at 6:45 am getting scolded for forgetting to click a button (I mobile order all the time to other Starbucks and have never had this happen). Staff is very receptive , service prompt , and store front was clean .
the coffee is good, but i’ve found hair in AT LEAST three sandwiches and stupidly kept giving them chances… when they had sandwiches because they’re always out. i don’t know, a lot of the workers have long hair and i think hairnets should be mandatory to make the food because i’m disgusted.
