I had to find a Starbucks that was close to the hotel and close to the hospital. This was the closest one and it had good reviews so I decided to give it a try. Never called our name. After 20 minutes, asked where our coffee was and it was behind the counter. Coffee was cold by then. Parking lot is a disaster.
