Good service
I personally don’t recommend this place, I brought a pecan crunch the coffee was horrible ice was all melted I did ask for caramel drizzle and it was not added to my coffee also the coffee included vanilla cold foam they didn’t added as well, is not my first time that I have this kinds of problems with my order and I usually used to come here cause it’s on my way to work but I guess I have to look for another one! So disappointing this time
Came this morning, asked for a Cappuccino low on foam as always on other stores, lady told me it couldn't been done and on her own made me a Latte without asking.. So, yes.. not coming back to this store that you get served what the employee wants. Worst service and attituted ever.
The customer service provided was exceptional, characterized by politeness and attentiveness to inquiries, which were met with prompt responses.
