I love this Starbucks! Staff is welcoming. They go above and beyond to make sure your order is done correctly.
Very bad service, my husband and I ordered through the app and we went to pick it up and my husband honked the horn and we got to the window and the girl was very rude and I apologized for honking the horn and she didn't even say "Okay, don't worry, what she did was throw the drive-thru window at me."
They made my drink wrong and gave me a lot of attitude to get them to fix it. They even laughed at me. Absolutely the worst Starbucks experience I’ve had.
I usually order a Venti Shaken Espresso with extra salted cream, and I’ve had it the same way at many other Starbucks locations. But at this store, the drink tasted completely different—overblended to the point where I couldn’t tell if the espresso shots were even in there. When I politely asked about it, I was told “that’s how it is” in a rather unfriendly tone. I even offered to pay for an extra shot just to fix the taste, and I was charged for it.
