Whoever installed the power sockets didn’t want customers with a laptop to use them. They are built into the floor in a really weird way, so consider other locations if you wanna logon.
Nice customer service but this is not light ice do better.
I go to this location several times a week and usually have a pleasant experience. However, every time I've been "helped" by Belen, it's the complete opposite. Her tone, facial expressions, and lack of attention make it clear that she's either not having a good day or that she's just not happy with her job. I even caught her rolling her eyes at another customer. It's so bad that I almost dread going to this location and feel like I'm playing customer service roulette.
