After today, I will no longer be supporting this location. I have noticed significant inconsistencies in the quality of the drinks, both when ordering through the drive-thru and when purchasing in-store. It is disappointing to pay premium prices only to receive drinks that are watered down, inconsistent in quality, or missing additional items and customizations that were paid for. Nice location but although I ordered something simple like cortado it tasted like water with cinnamon despite waiting 20ish minutes… had to throw it away after a sip
The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever experienced in my life. Waiting on a mobile order shouldn’t take 15 minutes. Only visit here if you like long waits.
