Just did a mobile order - spent maybe less than a minute but the baristas were welcoming - after picking up the order I was just glancing around for a straw and one of them directed me even though i did not seek assistance. It is a small thing but it matters because usually with mobile order pickups the baristas don’t even care for a “good morning “ but this one paid attention even though the store was busy. Also I like that they have handwritten greetings on their coffee cups.
Came to this beautiful location with my older brother today around 1:30pm Nolan, Julian and Ben took care of us.. The service was fast always with a positive attitude and a genuine sincere, smile on their face🤍 I will definitely be coming back as my job is on the shopping center across the st. This young man are very kind, dedicated and professional 🤍🤍
There is this one bald guy, I mean i thought he was joking at first but he kept going with making jokes and talking inappropriately. I experienced such a poor customer service and felt bullied when I went home honestly. You can have a small joke but the way he just kept shutting me off I couldn’t stand it. Never coming there anymore.
Felt really weird at this location. Kinda like I wasn't welcome didn't like and won't ever be back. I was standing waiting for my coffee and could hear older man and another worker whispering asking why is she standing there. Well, was waiting for my coffee, dummy. I did have my work uniform maybe he thought I was a cop some ppl think that. I think maybe it's the shiney name tag badge. Vibes not my level
