These guys always screw up my wife's orders. She asks for a matcha latte with extra scoops of matcha. They never follow instructions
I did ask for 2 extra scoops of matcha, I repeated 3-4 times to the guy that took my order. It has been 3 times that this location screwed up my drinks. This drink has only 2 matcha powder that’s why it’s so pale. I didn’t have time to wait for them to fix my new drink. The barista did nothing wrong they followed the receipt. Hopefully they will understand in the future, I feel like they don’t really listen and make me uncomfortable with my English, because I’m not an English speaker.
They were close 40 mins before the time it was supposed to close. If it isnt gonna be Open at the time it says then why even claim "Open til 8pm"
Typical Starbucks on Rte 1A in Beverly. They have a drive thru and the shop itself is spacious and clean...
