went through the drive through at about 3:45 pm today, do not know the name of who was working drive through but I was having a horrible day and whoever gave me my coffee was the most kind and soft spoken person and that interaction is going to stick with me I needed that so whoever that was thankyou
Visiting MA for the weekend and visited this starbucks twice and ordered Uber eats from it. The staff is friendly and attentive. I love the notes on the coffee cups. Thank you. Keep up the positive vibe! Went back again… Big Mahalo (Thank you) to Russell who made all my order right and awesome! Great team!
re wrote my review, said before I love the staff but the drinks weren’t consistent. One thing js they never have cake pops anymore. They have them once in a while. This place had always had a problem keeping up orders. But I’ve been many times after and I’d have to say that almost every single time the drink was really good. Think they definitely started training people better on drinks
I stopped in to buy a cup of ice for the drink I already had when the guy went to make it another worker stepped in and refused to give or sell me the cup of Ice unless I paid for something else. I had no want or need for anything else so after making the cup of ice they wouldn't give me it or let buy it. I get ice from dunks and Starbucks all the time as im a contractor that brings lunch to work and I've never had this issue before nor have I been talked so rude before.
