I get in the morning it can get busy. But when it’s not and 4 other people are behind the counter standing around doing nothing drinks can be made. Ordering ahead defeats the purpose
I asked for my drink to be remade a strawberry açaí refresher which they watered down to be a light pink color. I politely ask for it to be remade because they put too much water in it, then tell me the drink is made with water (I know it’s strawberry acai + water and I also used to work at Starbucks) then they “remade” the drink by giving me the same watered down light pink strawberry açaí drink and also no light ice as I asked for so wasted both our times, money, and product.
