I wish to applaud Nicole for her customer service. I have been going through a family crisis and have been coming in often. She has asked me how I and my brother are doing through these times. She has been one of the kindest people through what I have been going through. Best person there. Kindest. I'm so appreciative and She deserves the best.
Always my go to Starbucks every time im in the Beverly area. The food and service is always good.
Drinks are the same as any Starbucks although it can be slower than typical. But the atmosphere is not cozy or welcoming or professional feeling. Only a handful of comfy seats, one small table and one bigger, and a really, really dirty floor. The staff seemed overburdened…they should hire more people.
