Incredible customer service. Couldn’t read her name tag, it was either Melissa or Melina.. I accidentally ordered online to the wrong location. I offered to go get it but Melina/Melissa told me not to worry about it and she would take care of it and made it really fast for me. Thank you!!
went through the drive through at about 3:45 pm today, do not know the name of who was working drive through but I was having a horrible day and whoever gave me my coffee was the most kind and soft spoken person and that interaction is going to stick with me I needed that so whoever that was thankyou
Visiting MA for the weekend and visited this starbucks twice and ordered Uber eats from it. The staff is friendly and attentive. I love the notes on the coffee cups. Thank you.
