I stopped in to buy a cup of ice for the drink I already had when the guy went to make it another worker stepped in and refused to give or sell me the cup of Ice unless I paid for something else. I had no want or need for anything else so after making the cup of ice they wouldn't give me it or let buy it. I get ice from dunks and Starbucks all the time as im a contractor that brings lunch to work and I've never had this issue before nor have I been talked so rude before. I have given this location way too many chances. The staff are rude, the counter is a mess and if you’re in any kind of rush then don’t bother. I ordered ahead 30 minutes because I know how slow they are and still just sat there for another 20 minutes and ended up walking out without my ONE venti hot coffee. It just sat there on the coffee machine with my name on it and when I asked for it I was ignored. They just walked away from it because they were busy and they can’t keep up. I’d drive to another location.
Gloria was awesome, she recommended me a drink that I’ve never had and it is so good. My drink has never looked this amazing. Gloria offered me a straw too and last time I came I told myself I need to start getting straws with the drink, it’s like she read my mind W Gloria.
