They always have good coffee, and if what you ordered thru the app isn't available, they work to make it right. They have reopened fully. The new remodel has removed all the tables. All they have for seating is a bar with stools along the window wall. The stools are very uncomfortable and rather unwelcoming. Drive thru is what I mostly use, and they are fast and efficient. The only issue is that technically, you can only turn right when exiting, but I see a lot of people ignoring the sign and turning left.
Stopped at this Starbucks I use infrequently so that my employee could use the restroom. The employees refused him as he was not a paying customer and that is Starbucks policy. So I went in and made a purchase so he could use it. I have never been treated so rudely by Starbucks staff. It’s like they were mad at us for making a purchase to use the restroom.
