This Starbucks is off and on with service, which I feel like is most Starbucks unfortunately. The drinks and food are typically good, but service from the workers is where the issue typically is for myself and others that go to this location. Between the times of 9:25-9:40am on 07-16-25, there was two women who were mainly assisting with drive through via head set and by the window passing out drinks. I only order shaken espresso for the convenience of not having to remove my lid in my car and stir my own coffee while I’m driving… This location has never once handed me my shaken espresso, actually shaken; Which is very disappointing. Maybe it shouldn’t be an option to have a shaken espresso if they refuse to shake it or stir it. Very frustrating.
This is always a hit or miss. The service is always either great or not! Today is a total miss. I’ve been sitting in the store for 20+ minutes and have seen people come and go while I’m still waiting on my simple order of a single shot of espresso.
