Some of the staff don't know that Matcha is a powdered green TEA and Chai is a spiced black TEA. Obviously need to learn their stuff working around nothing but coffee and tea
The barristas at this location are amazing. I highly recommend a visit just to have the interaction. Especially Jess and Ashley. The cute notes and smiley faces on the cups add a personal touch and spread joy that we all could use
This isn’t a review I was planning to leave today. Yesterday, I went through the drive thru at this same location and ordered a Mint Majesty with two honeys (I enjoy the drink and it just so happens to be someone else’s favorite drink) and had a great experience. The employees were polite, friendly, and delivered a very simple, efficient transaction. However, today was a completely different experience when I came back and ordered the same drink. way to loud in here. Don't come here to work, the members are super loud laughing at each other, people can't focus. Be better
