This is the second week in a row on Thursday. Went through drive thru asked for a venti ICED latte and they make it hot then ask oh you wanted it iced didn't you. Yes I did. So I wait just for them to put in an ice cup hott and add ice.
I did a pick up order and there were two teenagers working. I felt like a inconvenience. Their service screamed “I hate working here.” Didn’t ask me who I was picking up for, no friendly smiles, didn’t make any eye contact and I had to wait there.
This Starbucks goes above and beyond for their customers. They care about me personally and always put a smile on my face. I'm very happy with the workers and environment here. Thank you for helping me everyday.
