Rude staff and they forget drinks while rushing you out. They also don’t give you a receipt so they won’t replace the forgotten drink when you go back because you can’t “prove” you bought it.
I love Starbucks and the people here are great but could I PLEASE get the mocha sauce on my hot chocolate like I'm suppose to???
I get to the cashier and she tells me she will bag my order then disappears for 15 min. She finally comes back and says have a great afternoon and leaves without bagging the order I waited 15 min for. Won't be coming back terrible service
