51 minutes for a coffee is unacceptable. They prioritize the drive thru and screw everybody inside. Worst experience at a Starbucks I’ve ever had.
I come here... way too often. I love the staff and my drink is always right. ...but it is chronically understaffed. I have placed mobile orders that took 30 minutes to be ready. It regularly takes 15-25 minutes whether you order in store or mobile. The team is clearly working hard, but they need more people. I've seen them stuck with 2 people during really busy times. Even with 4 in the morning, they just can't keep up.
Edit: I had to update my review to 5 stars because I almost never get a hot chocolate without the mocha sauce now. It's been amazing. Thank you starbucks crew!!! The hot chocolate is the best part of my day! 🫶 I love Starbucks and the people here are great but could I PLEASE get the mocha sauce on my hot chocolate like I'm suppose to???
