It's sad, but there is a homeless man who is always inside and makes the place smell horrible. Use the drive-thru.

Horrible drive thru service. It used to be best in town. Now slow. Left today without drink in hand. Grumpy.
Still the slowest one in Nashville. You can sit at the drive thru for 10 minutes before you pay. Worse when they're not busy.
Clean, relaxed atmosphere, good drinks and nice music. Parking it tough
